Doesn't seem that much of a failure..
2-Aug Prospectus: "The Institutional Entitlement Offer will close on 3 August 2021 and is expected to raise grossproceeds of at least approximately A$0.6 million."
9-Aug Completion Detail: "Atrum has received commitments of A$0.84 million from the accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer"

Further, "The Shortfall Shares under the Institutional Entitlement Offer, available for placement in the Shortfall Offer Bookbuild, represent approximately 2.6 million shares."
So they were only after around $921K at the maximum from insto's at this stage 78K short from the maximum....
Or have I missed something here... Was there some Insto top-up I've missed.
