    re: $ 4.30 in 2000 I have confidence in LLC management that has been injected. I think the transaction announced this week is a clear demonstration that LLC will get right behind LLP and is helping it sort out its baggage.

    However, over the long term, my best guess is that they will see it as too small to run separately, thus LLC will look to take it over.

    If this happens short term, then nice profit, but will be at the expense of long term value that I am hoping for.
