This whole switch from CNG to Hydrogen is just smoke and mirrors to keep this gravy train going..To store 2000 tonnes of hydrogen at 700 Bar you need about 100,000 cubic meters of storageThe storage vessels will weigh 20,000 tonnes (approx) (this is based of current hydrogen storage bottles)A ship this size will consume about 80 tonnes of fuel oil/day25 days shipping = 2000 tonnes of fuel oil to move 2000 tonnes of hydrogenNow is you use hydrogen it is not a bad as it seems because hydrogen has 140 mj/kg vs 45 MJ/kgSo you "only" lose 30% of your energy getting it to export market.Shipping hydrogen is a dumb idea.What you are best to do is take the hydrogen extract CO2 from power station stacks at point of generation, use the Hydrogen to convert the CO2 to methanol (known science) and then export methanol as a fuel source.This is merely an WA lifestyle company seeking mum and dads investors cash..no large funds invested for a reason..
