When the last MOU was signed Leighton held 15% of MAH which over the last 2 years they have increased slowly to 18.6%. The only requirement of the MOU was to seek written consent if they wished to go beyond 19.9% of the company. No requirement for them if they decided to sell down.
Looks to me LEI want to keep slowly increase their stake in MAH, much like they have done over the last 2 years.
