I like playing with the numbers, but correct me if I'm wrong
didn't the management say somewhere that they were aiming for 100 tonnes per day, or did I dream that number?
I assume that would be for one shift and probably two airleg teams, so each team would extract 50 tonnes over either 8 or 12 hours
for rounded and guessed numbers that would be about 5 tonnes per hour per team
these numbers are very important to me in estimating future earnings, future EPS and for my DCF analysis so if anyone can improve on them it would be much appreciated
btw: those posters who estimated future head grades, many thanks - looks like 28 g/t is generally agreed on but I will continue to use 24 g/t for my analysis mainly because I am reasonably certain 24 g/t is sustainable over the long term life of the mine
Minerjoe, did you follow what Hill End did with a raisebore? there were some photos of that on their website but I cannot find them there now - that would be much cheaper than shaft sinking I'd reckon
