Avalon has been in trouble, they have gone to Lind Partners to scrape together some funds to survive, as anyone who goes to Lind does, so it could be taken over for peanuts as (almost) a distressed company. I don't know much about Avalon and their HREE in the USA, though from my basic knowledge it does look prospective, so a USA listing IPO and capital raising could easily buy Avalon. I'm not sure if these guys want to go that far, in terms of risk.
