They do list the constraints, in that receipt of a grant restricts you to have the "substantial" share of operations in USA. A listing would help there, but it would also limit our expansion opportunities globally.
I'm all for the funding! But this article was in May / June, and I suspect things have evolved... And we need to be cautious we don't put a lid on our potential!
