I don’t see the big dealgetting product back into Perth some on here like to blow out the candle beforethe flames been lit

    .

A Toll truck at the road trainassembly area at Wubin where trucks going to the north west add trailers to form a road train, and trucks returning to Perth drop trailers here to go back into Perth with a double road train. Running the extra trailers to and from Wubin is known as a dog run. I’ve past these Toll trucks a few times and from memory they were carrying ammonium nitrate for the mining industry, and I know there is plenty of these types of combos carrying different products (lime - cement) that return from the NW daily and would be only happy to have a load back to Perth.

120000t ÷ 335 = 358t I’ve worked this out at 335 days allowing for holdups like fire – cyclones –Xmas etc.

    358t ÷ 120t = 2.98 Let’s say each trailer carry’s 30 ton that’s 3 trucks per day.

As posted by Gibbaz previously there is plenty of other options available to KLL to get their product into Perth.

I'm sure KLL has engaged freight brokers or logistics specialists to come up with the best possible deal for the business.
