Traders have been taking profits. Most of us are in for the oil.A normal set-back prior to news.I see no logic in Shell taking so long to say no. Hence I feel a yes is more likely. Hope to buy my wife a replacement for her 97 Corolla with a portion of my stake and will keep a good proportion for the drilling. Good luck, looks like Shell are using all their time.
