re: Ann: 2009 First Half Results and Capital ... From my understanding as it reads "The structure of the Offer will give existing shareholders and new shareholders the opportunity to participate" means that existing shareholders can only participate in the 1:1 offer and the uncoditional placement. So when bly trades again and people buy BLY shares new shareholders will be able to particifate in the Coditional share placement also. THis capital raising is designed to raise us much money as possible.

As for the share price god knows whats going to happen but ill put my money on it that will will fall dramatically. Anyone have any ideas?
