You are correct. We gave them US$100,000 to agree for us to repay them US 10 million at $2 per tonne. My understanding is that a decision has been made to pay the 10 million at $10/tonne.
The previous US 24 million owed to us is increasing by the day with expenditure on the road. This amount owing shall be repaid out of profits before the partners receive a share of the profits.
