My previous posting was done without the knowledge that you had just posted.
I agree that there has been a turnover of staff for various reasons. As for David Greenwood, we should not forget he was the Godolphin CEO (not simply serving on the board) and as I understand it, David needed to be reunited with his family who live in Perth. Covid was the main problem here it seems.
Unlike being a board member, the CEO is required to be there, hands on in N.S.W. and as such, I presume that GRL would not agree to a fly in fly out arrangement from N.S.W. to W.A. to N.S.W.
A costly exercise for any junior explorer.

David's CEO position was changed to a Managing Directors position after David's resignation. The appointment to the M.D. position was duly filled by a person with plenty of local knowledge ( i would think more than David Greenwood) and further, resides in the local area.
As for the Geologist leaving GRL, there are probably several reasons on which we could all speculate about, but I doubt that GRL made offers for him to remain.
The largest shareholder is hellbent on GRL's success and I too could speculate on what the end game is here.
One could also now speculate again on the generous terms of the placement some 9 months ago, also why on such generous terms and the share price has never recovered since that time.

Those that research the company that has recently been recruiting might possibly draw the same conclusions as myself.

Hold very firmly to your Godolphin Shares!! They are undervalued and I have every confidence that the new M.D. will get the runs on the board now that clearer air prevails.
