Dredging up ARW is soooo boring and old news....so they spun a company out that has not been a success to date.....the actual cash put in by amu was limited.....ARW was never the main game and not a significant cash cost to the company.

The SP which is your only measure of growth has not been supported by any broking firms in the last 3 years since Shaws lost interest.....now Hartleys are involved and suitably incentivised perhaps the company's growth can be translated into the share price.

Corporate Governance requires a bigger Board than the Company had in the past to ensure it has the requisite balance of skills and experience.
