Respectfully, no. There are no similarities, aside from the loose connection to the EV thematic.

NVX doesn't have a completed feasibility study for a US$1B business – nothing close to it.

NVX is a junior synthetic graphite producer / battery R&D company. Projected revenue of ??? (take a guess)

FYI will be a highly profitable company within 2 years whereas NVX will be hoping to be bought out – assuming their battery tech is current at the time.

FYI and NVX are on completely different trajectories. One is much higher risk than the other... and FYI isn't the higher risk prospect.
