rob43, how do you figure that Monsanto predicting weak Glyphosphate demand in 2010 is going to improve the chances of Nufarm's deal closing? If anything it weaken's Nufarm's negotiation position. It could just increase the gap between what the buyer wants to pay and what Nufarm management is willing to accept as a bottom price.
