So what's new? This all means diddly squit to me. 7.5m new shares have been issued since the bonds have been re-negotiated. All that means is that there are 7.5m new shares on offer out of 564m ish.
It also means more cash in the bank earning interest rather than us paying interest on a loan to gain more cash.
There are positives & negatives to look at here.
