Look a bit deeper into the names of interest within Metals Acquisition Corp and you will see the name “Ashley Elizabeth Zumwalt-Forbes” and an entity (strangely/coincidentally) called “Green Mountain Metals”.
This isn’t about BMM or AF holding a blocking stake! This is about what are they up to, and what are they about to do.
One, or both of them, don’t seem to be walking away from this. Certainly BMM may be walking towards POS.
