Yes - if that is the prefered method they use for cash.
If a capital raising comes at a discount to todays price (and i doubt it will be under 50cents soon personally so i think a discount to todays price is a dream) I hope they ask me to throw in some! This is an excellent long term nest egger at present and i will stay in just in case i am right about powers to be wanting this play to happen for the capitalists, jobs and economy.
