i agree with most people here that NXS has a good potential if few road blocks can be cleared easily. it won't be a problem at all in a strong market but i don't think market is that strong right now so need to be prepared for the worst.
i'll be surprised if there is a substantial holder change this time. the same thing happened in early june when NXS jumped from .31 to .47 in 4 days. i might be wrong. let's see in the next few days.
