you're conveniently skipping over a key part - all of the orders you pasted are by consent. that means both parties (eg Visa and ISX) agreed to something.

the word "dismissed" doesn't mean that Visa lost. it simply means that their application has been set to the side, as the parties have separately agreed to something without the judge needing to make a formal decision.
