which the latest propaganda from the industry bodies that are sustained on rising prices, there are so many self interested parties in the RE market in Australia they will tell you its going up because their incomes depend on it, journalist are paid by papers who take RE add revenue, banks want them to go up to preserve the value of their assets and expand their lending, politicians like it because it makes them popular and yep we soak it all up hook line a sinker
Yes we are the only country in the world where our properties are fairly priced high and less afforably than anywhere in the world and we will not only support these higher prices, we will push them higher for decades, good luck finding data to support the belief , because that data doesnt exist
