it was stalled last time because market reached a peak on 12/06 and started to decline for more than 3 weeks. The construction interruption came out on 06/07.
I'm now worried that market may pull back again. That may spoil NXS' good time.
I'm out now but i'm ready to jump in anytime. NXS is one of few stocks on my watchlist all the time.
