Exactly Walmak, what a load of garbage this lot are carrying on with - these directors are under no more or less pressure than any other directors. If you don't want to support them then go and find another stock - it won't help holding a gun to their head. Bottom line is the old mob were useless and would have continued to spend up big with no return. The new crew have very little to beat and I'm sure they'll do a good job if they are given some time.
