What seems to be being missed in all the JV discussion is just what are Alcoa going to bring to the table? "technical expertise" sure... Connections? Ok.. But what % of a JV would that be worth? 20%? They're not getting 50% for technical expertise and connections.
What I am getting at, is surely there is a financing element to this JV on the part of Alcoa. What other ideas do people have of what else Alcoa is bringing to the JV?
