This John Dauth must be about the only person Blix told IRAQ HAD WMDs,
If you go back and read all of the reports and interviews at the time I doubt you will find one where Blix is quoted directly as making such a statement.
In particular read the report 2 weeks prior the invasion of Blix's address to the UN security council.
