mookie, the integrity of the weld is basic metallurgy. DYOR. Heat and grain structure. Pre and post heat of 200 degrees celceus are an integral part of a structual weld. If not done it will crack. Please explian to me how this is done. I have never seen the nepsys system. You guys have done all the research explain how it is done with heat input. I my eyes if this is not done properly the weld is not of any substance.
