What in the report would make me a fan? That near term income is likely. That would be the first requirement. For full fandom I would want to see progress in the application for an exploitation licence - not to wait for approval, but to know that an application had been submitted.
BTW, I don't believe in billions from the quartz! Presumably you will back out if that is not promised.
