I don’t believe even $0.30 will be accepted in my opinion. I can’t see Karl or Peter accepting anything less than $1B marketcap. And nor should they. Look at the valuations out there for competitors in the $1B market cap valuation, then look at their ARR and profit. LiveTiles is not far off at all matching them in metrics, plus we have enviable clients with bounds of potential for growth. Karl and Peter know they have a great product and won’t be giving it away for a song. $0.30 is the sound of bloody music.
