The Wise..owl email may have contributed to this surge but looking at the volume, I suspect there may be more to it. Clearly someone simply decided to buy on market (EMHXY ??)
$500M MC is a conservative target in my view until the DFS is released. Are we worth the same MC (50%) of VUL and PLL at this time? I think probably somewhere in-between as I feel a lot of plays have overshot at the moment based on their development stage and a period of consolidation may commence for them.
