Does anyone remember a time when you were given a salary, and for that, you were expected to work hard for the Company just to keep your job. If you didn't produce, you were fired. End of story. Now, with all the options provided, you only have to start a rumour to make millions. I agree this is how things are done now. But have we lost the plot. People used to work hard to keep their jobs; now, we shareholders seem to think people won't work hard without incentive options. A strange world we live in. Macca, I'm beginning to slide into your camp methinks.
