Yep Shamish, I think you are right with your comments regarding the Indonesian government and their .
The line from EWC many of us have got time and time again is that the Indonesian Government have a large bearing on what an Australian company can and cannot officially announce when doing business in their country. It is their right and we need to understand that.
EWC have also been forthright in making it clear they will abide by this ruling but also need to abide with ASX and ASIC guidelines and will at all times follow ASX requirements. I think EWC get as frustrated as us shareholders with the fine line.
EWC's line is, everything is on track. If it was not they would be bound by ASX guidelines and need to report anything that may or may not have a bearing on the share price.
Chart and Siemens are as keen as anyone to have their components shipped, if they are not already on the water, and assembled in Sengkang.
