From my understanding Shell's latest board meeting was yesturday and no doubt a final resolution in regards to FAR would have been discussed/reached. IMO we could see the announcement any moment now and from all the research i have personally conducted i am feeling confident about a positive announcement. Though it has been said here b4, Shell would have walked away a lot sooner had they not wished to proceed. Shell is as big as they come and Senegal provides the ideal opportunity for them to get there stake in West Africa.
It may have been a crazy Coincidence last week, but i like the fact that the Head of Shell was in perth last week!
