The use of RAT everywhere now is inevitable. Even after 80 - 90 % vaccination rate, there is no escaping Delta and beyond. The new normal is RAT, Vaccine passport and exposure notification mobile apps. There is no way around it moving forward if we are to stop the nonsense lockdowns.
