Can you help me with the math then?
If i bought $10,000.00 of AUL at .312 That would give me 32051 shares of AUL.
On merger i would get 32051 x .78 = 25,000 shares of WRM.
If i sold them as of todays closing price of .385 x 25,000 = $9,625.00 return.
Is this right?
So thats how arbitrage works.
