Fried Rice, page-4

Do you fold the omelette aka Singapore style, add any sugar or lemon/lime juice?

My kids like fried rice but the list of things they ask not to be in my FR means I refuse to call it FR.

Bloody Philistines won’t let me put onion o almost anything else that isn’t rice, egg and bacon:-(

I mostly just make it for them but sometimes I crack the Tom Chesticles and cook one for them and a proper one for me and my Doris.
