Based on the announcements of the company, 4DS strategic objectiv seems to have changed.

- No more megabit chip, or something that behave like a megabit chip

- No more corporate transaction

- Only commercialising the technology


This could simply be the influence of the new chairman who may want to simplify things.

But it could also be a new orientation and the beginning of the second life of 4DS where licences are everything and corporate transaction just an hypothesis that may happen or not happen.

The next Annual Report - at the end of this month - will probably clarifiend this.

Interesting to re-read the 2020 to 2021 annoubcements anyway.

The results of the analysis of the Second Platform Lot and the Third Non-Platform Lot are expected to bring 4DS and its partners closer to realizing their strategic objective of commercialising the Company’s technology.

The results of the analysis of the Second Platform Lot is an important step for 4DS and its partners to pursue their strategic objective of commercialising the Company’s technology

Changes :
-From there, the strategic objective of the company is no more "Fabricating a megabitchip" or something that "operate as a fully functionnal megabit chip".
- The only strategic objective is "Commercialising Company Technology"
- The Idea of a "Corporate Transaction" also disappeare (for now ?).

18 February 2021 - Halh Year financial Statement
The results from the analysis of the Second Platform Lot are expected to pave the way for 4DS and its partners to pursue their strategic objective of fabricating wafers with chips that operate as fully functional megabit memories, and which have been producedusing state of the art industry fab equipment. If successful, this may bring 4DS closer to its 2021 objectives to achieve a potential corporate transaction.

1 february 2021 - Positive Results from Second Non-Plateforme Lot
The results from the analysis of the Second Platform Lot are expected to pave the way for 4DS and its partners to pursue their strategic objective of fabricating wafers with chips that operate as fully functional megabit memories, and which have been produced using state of the art industry fab equipment. If successful, this maybring 4DS c loser to its 2021 objectives to achieve a potential corporate transaction.

The results of the analysis of the Second Non-Platform Lot and Second Platform Lot will pave the way for 4DS and its partners to pursue their strategic objective to fabricate wafers which operate as a fully functional megabit memory.

10December 2020 - Company Update
As stated in the Company’s ASX announcement dated 28 October 2020, the analysis of Second Non-Platform Lot and Second Platform Lot will potentially enable 4DS and its partners to progress to fabricate wafers with all the control logic necessary to read and write selected bits and bytes, and thus be able to operate as a fully functional megabit memory.


Changes : From there, "deliver a megabit chip" becomes " be able to operate as a fully functional megabit memory"

28 October 2020 - Annual Report
The above results formed the basis of discussions on development strategies which need to be undertaken over the next six months to put the Company in a position to potentially deliver a megabit chip and/or a corporate transaction during 2021.
As such, the Company now proposes to start fabrication of two sets of wafers in Q3 2020 on imec production equipment. Development partner imec will manufacture one lot of twenty-three (23) Non-Platform Wafers (Second Non-Platform Lot) and one lot of twelve (12) Platform Wafers (Second Platform Lot). The manufacture of these two lots of wafers is a priority for imec.

28 October 2020 - Quarterly
Based on the results from the above two wafer lots, 4DS and its partners will potentially progress to fabricate wafers with all the control logic necessary to read and write selected bits and bytes, and therefore be able to operate as a fully functional megabit memory.

The results from both wafer lots will define the Company’s 2021 strategic development plan to achieve its goal of fabrication of a megabit chip and/or a corporate transaction
31 August 2020 - Annual Report
This is a major strategic decision to better ensure success in 2021 when, based on the results of this Second Platform Lot, 4DS and its partners will potentially progress to fabricate wafers with all the control logic necessary to read and write selected bits and bytes, and therefore be able to operate as a fully functional megabit memory
