Hi. I purchased 'Thrombocid' (the topical ointment from Bene), on ebay and trialled it for pain relief on my hands. I applied just the gel twice a day for two weeks and noticed no benefit. Just my experience, may be different for you. I can mail you the remaining in the tube (approx half) if you would like. Just taking up space in my cupboard. PM me if if want.
