Thanks for that MarkyBoy, and for your earlier reply .. It’s interesting to see Twiggy’s involvement, and now commitment to PNG, through the signing of this deed with PM Marape. ..
PS - I still couldn’t find any info on a Thomas Lole, but get from several online links to Howard, and from your link above, that there is political will for PNG to wrest value back for their rich resources .. Hoping that whomever Lole has in mind to operate Tolukuma again will have deep pockets, like Twiggy.
