From the tone of what I have heard/read from analysts on it, it seems that they are treating the FFI money as an expense designed to get FMG to carbon neutral and not ascribing any capital value / future cashflow generation potential to it at this stage. Understandable given there are no concrete investments coming out of it yet but very conservative and their views will no doubt change in time as things progress further and the value becomes clearer.
