Great question. one issue with a general partition between the good (everyone else) and the bad (management) is the progression of a select few to 'group manager' positions aside from many good people. enviro and geology positions would be my choice for careful scrutiny. "Adam" didn't find federation on his own merit, despite what Dan has publicly stated quite emphatically, so it's no wonder it can't get up as the discovery it is in terms of industy awards. Neither has the enviro crew done anything but extinguish ongoing problems, rather than strike out any direction useful. So i would be careful who we lump into the non management "non problem" group, if there is such a thing. There is an overlap, where a distinct lack of EQ over IQ in group "overmanagement", probably groomed, in something of a self important reflection of higher management themselves and probably deserves similar treatment to problematic management overall, in my view. I note they cower in silence over recent criticism. A continuation of a tendency toward arrogance that does a disservice to the shareholder.
