any views on tti?, page-7

Over the past 18 months this stock has bumped along and done SFA. TTI struggles to break even come the accounting reporting periods.
But there are some things that keep showing up that niggle me.

1/. Every time it comes to roll over the debt, Westpac could pull the pin and sink the ship without a trace, but they don't A/. either the CEO can talk his way though 2 ft of concrete and bullshit his way through anything or B/. Westpac has studied their books and their business plan and are reading something between the lines that we as mug punters are not privi too.

2/. TTI are a intergrated traffic management company, the only one in Australia ie... dominate the market inn their portflio

3/.Over the last 3 weeks, an ex founder of TTI (who left after a fall out with the current founder and managing director), through his position in another traffic management company called the Traffic Group, has been making a play for the board and voting rights, possible take over...
Why? A/. Needs the voting power via a take over to intergrate the two companies together B/. Wants to get into a dick swinging contest to get back into the contest.

4/. The stock has jumped from 2c to 5.5c in 4 weeks, nice little earner if you bought in low...might pay the kids school fees for a year.

So, being a share holder, I'm holding onto the stock and I am riding this to the end. But I am still shitty I did'nt sell when it went to 50c, but in this game you never know.....
