if you look at the ISX experience in its entirety, you have to admit that the way ISX has been handled really smells. And it is legitimate to ask why.
I really hate that saying “where there is smoke there is fire” since what it really means is -don’t think, accept all that is said on the surface about something or someone - especially if it is voluminous- and forget that people are innocent until proven guilty.
