I have gone back reading the announcement on 20/01/2020
share price has gone up 6 times since 20/01/20
69 millions shares gives about AU$168m
so total acquisition of ALO is about $368m
Looking at today's Li price, this is still a good deal
what should PLS have done was to settle this right after the ALO acquisition by cash in Jan this year,
but I guess no one could have thought share price has gone up 6 times in 7 months
Share price might see some short term correction due to 69million supply, but long term still looking pretty good to me
