That was my first thought as well.
Normally, the company with $400k cash would announce a small-cap raise tagging along with the spin-out announcement, the fact that the company still holds tight together, the HPA deal must be cash and share mix deal, and won't be too long imo.
As to its tenements in Meekathara, all its neighbours (GBR, BUY, CDT) are active, in particular, GBR keeps hitting some nice grades.
I like the stock that is only one dig away from multi-baggers lol.
