With Commsec i had to register/open an international account.Then i had to download some transfer forms from the comsec site,biggest problem was get my account number from AST You also need a clearing number for AST which is 7810.Keep emaling AST they sent me 3 emails one to tell me the others where coming ,next one with a password and lastly my account number and shares held.Just keep at it.
