    So buying ORE next week will basically be purchasing MergeCo and the new GXY/ORE shares will get added to the register later in the month.

    I am looking for a entry into MergCo for a LT position

    Would we be expecting ORE SP to drop when the new shares are issued due to dilution of SOI?
