When I go to get my visa extended, I fill out about 5 pieces of paperwork, and some of them are double-sided. Many are repeat questions.
When they do the computer thing, they do it horribly. Example, 2 times registrations for vaccines databases were open, you could look up anyone's details including passport # etc.
The RAT thing is speedy though. I've seen RATs approved the next day after paperwork is submitted. So once we get the trial out of the way, we're good to go.
