How would he get access, would he get offtake agreements, the ore wasn't high enough grade, the costs of building a mine were too high etc etc .
BHP and RIO put up barriers for years and nobody believed he could do it but he found the right partners that wanted to break up the duopoly.
Goyder only needs to get the right partner and he will be Forrest 2.0. I can't see him selling his baby he's likely to see this through to the end and Dorsch doesn't strike me as someone happy to be worth only a couple of 100 million, he will only sate his ambitions by adding a few more zeros to his net worth.
