    Thanks Geeris.

Absolutely there will be other spin offs after 12cq and A1 Bio Chip!

Once the current transaction is complete Archer will become a 100% Materials Science company specializing in Deep Tech. The value in their products will lie in the Patents protecting their Technologies! So clearly what we are seeing the market react to the major de-risking of 12cq. Of course they will need to complete the build to demonstrate the Technology to the Big Techs, but once complete they are good to go anywhere in the world once the remaining Jurisdictions are awarded.

Mo still has his eyes on the Reliable Energy Vertical - but at the moment 12cq and A1 are the priority. Their short term goal I believe is concentrating on the control functions of single Qubits and on the A1 Bio Sensor side increasing the sensor count on the chip to Tens or Hundreds of Millions of sensors per 1cm2 area - they did start at 1 sensor per 1cm2 - now upto a million ... this all has to do with the sensitivity - the more sensitive to molecules the better accuracy the chip will have in detection.

Now the Patents are coming through for 12cq with approx. 20 years protection, I'd say they would want to maximize on this as much as they can.

Mo is a very busy man at the moment with interviews etc, but also there would have to be other potential partners in discussions with Archer. The Australian Missile Defense program would be one of those ongoing discussions - hence why I would think 12cq would be more near term than much longer term. We also know there is another trademark Technology sitting next to 12cq and A1 Bio Chip that's coded and no name yet - obviously still working on it or possibly in discussions with partners - never the less alot going on behind the scenes I'd say.

This is not advice but merely an observation .. careful with stop losses ( still .. only take the risks you can afford) I know they are very important to many but these bots seem to be trying to trigger them for release - seeing the trajectory Archer is on with product development and applying for listing in the ASX tech index later ... having a position in Archer before this ASX Tech Index happens could be quite beneficial.

Archer is currently looking for a new director as Alice is retiring and they would be looking for one with experience in the deep tech sector - so this will be interesting to see who they choose! I'm sure seeing the advancements they are making and the exciting future ahead that they may have to choose between applicants

Thanks again to all for the comments and input - really is a great forum here on the Archer thread!

    Enjoy your weekend.
    Tonza
