Mulligan is 100% on top of the project, he knows who he is talking too... he knows the dynamics of Tanzania and the industry, is dealing with at least 4 countries and 10's of groups an dcompanies... Mulligan is doing what a CEO should do, deliver the project, working with customers and banks, creating an opportunity for shareholders and yes, promoting the company.
